Philip J. Veneziano
Principal Architect
Mr. Veneziano has over thirty five years of architectural experience. After graduating with a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Arizona, Mr. Veneziano worked for Arizona based architectural firms on large scale commercial projects. His experience covers a wide range of building uses and construction types that include industrial, retail, office, health care, and multi-family projects. The construction systems that were incorporated in these projects included, conventional wood framing, tilt up concrete, steel and concrete, and masonry construction for single story and multi-story projects.
Mr. Veneziano founded Architects Studio Inc. in 1992 and has maintained a solid client base in commercial and residential projects throughout his career. Mr. Veneziano has earned the respect of local developers and general contractors because of his ability to achieve results that reflect what the client needs, and what the general contractor needs to complete each project on time and in budget. His knowledge and expertise of understanding building and zoning codes is an asset when communicating with governing authorities and municipalities. This knowledge equates to a smooth review and expeditious permitting process. He believes there is a solution to every design challenge. This is accomplished by his leadership skills, architectural philosophy, and design approach.

Daniel Salazar
Regional Director:Â Northeast Office
Daniel Salazar has more than twenty-five years of architectural and development experience. After receiving his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Arizona, he worked for firms in Los Angeles, Phoenix, Portland, Mexico City, and in the New York area. Mr. Salazar has experience in project programming, design, historic preservation, and building envelope systems. His project experience includes commercial, residential, hospitality, educational, and health care facilities. Mr. Salazar’s involvement with development and actual construction gives him a solid knowledge of construction techniques and insight in overall project planning.
Not only is Mr. Salazar busy in architecture, but he is also active in his local community. He has been a board member of the Building Industry Association in Washington as well as founder and president of the Red Shore Business Association in Red Bank, New Jersey. He believes that a solid team approach to projects is a recipe for success. Mr. Salazar continues to hone his design skills through watercolor painting and sketching.
